Senior Systems Analyst (CareRadius / CareAffiliates)
Senior Systems Analyst (CareRadius / CareAffiliates) - Contract to Hire - Remote reputed company, in partnership with a leading reputed company organization, is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to support a highly visible team focused on reputed company workflow modernization initiatives reputed company the reputed company CareRadius platform environment. This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping gather requirements, create user stories, improve operational workflows, and support Agile delivery efforts across the organization. The ideal candidate will be highly relationship-oriented, comfortable working with business partners, and capable of navigating both functional and technical conversations. Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business and technical requirements
- Create user stories and support backlog refinement activities
- Partner closely with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout project delivery
- Build strong relationships with reputed company partners
- Support workflow enhancements and operational initiatives reputed company the CareRadius platform
- Write SQL queries and analyze technical data as needed
- Read and interpret existing code and technical documentation to support analysis efforts
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and delivery processes
Experience of the right candidate:
- Experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Technical Analyst
- Experience gathering requirements and writing user stories
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Experience using Jira and reputed company
- Ability to work effectively in both technical and business-facing environments
- reputed company payer or reputed company operations experience is a plus
- Experience supporting CareRadius or CareAffiliates platforms is a plus
- SQL/query writing experience
