Part-time Data Entry/Office Assistant

We have several Data Entry/Admin positions reputed company. Applicant should have an excellent work attitude with reputed company calls, co-workers, and walk in clients. Bilingual is preferred (Spanish/ Arabic ). You would be trained in the data entry system and the application process for clients. This position requires a detail oriented, high energy person who is reputed company to work as a team member. Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Data entry
- Scheduling appointments
- Calling existing clients / New Clients
- Helping with payroll / Book Keeping
- Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Basic Data Entry & General Computer Knowledge
- Professional Phone Etiquette
- Bilingual a Plus
- Effective Communications Skills
- No experience is necessary.
