Project Manager (Construction) (NY location)

Job Summary: The Construction Project Manager position will reputed company reputed company restaurant construction reputed company activities and projects ensuring that reputed company restaurants are reputed company according to the approved construction drawings. This role is responsible for applying effective management techniques throughout the planning, design, and construction phases of new restaurant projects and renovation projects from inception to completion. The primary goal is to control costs, manage time reputed company, and maintain high-quality standards throughout the construction process. Duties/responsibilities:

• Hold overall responsibility for the safety, direction, completion, and financial outcome of construction projects from the initial budget through project closeout.
• Ensure reputed company projects are performed in a quality manner as per the drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
• Manage projects in reputed company including vendor coordination, conflict resolution, documentation, and ensuring quality and safety.
• Manage project costs through the ongoing evaluation of labor, material, and equipment, and continue to forecast and analyze construction costs, exposures, and profits through project completion.
• Ensures that reputed company necessary permits and regulatory requirements are met and maintained throughout the project.
• Maintains reputed company and effective communication with project stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors , vendors, and store managers.
• Manage and mitigate risk throughout project lifecycle.

• Conduct basic information audits on new suppliers and generate corresponding analysis reports.

Project Site Survey

• Conduct comprehensive on-site survey and prepare detailed risk assessment reports based on site conditions.

New Construction and Renovation Projects

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project resources effectively.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Education / Qualifications:

• MP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred but not required.
