IT Vendor Manager - M&A

Title: IT Vendor Manager - M&A Location : Remote, US reputed company Start Date : 3/9 Type: (C, CTH, D) C We are seeking a Remote IT Vendor Manager to reputed company vendor consolidation, sourcing, and supplier governance across newly acquired and existing business units. This role is responsible for capturing post-deal value by eliminating vendor duplication, standardizing tooling, renegotiating reputed company at scale, and implementing a reputed company vendor management reputed company. You will partner closely with M&A, IT, reputed company, Finance, Legal, and HR to drive vendor integration and cost synergies.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Integration & Rationalization

• Assess vendor portfolios following acquisitions and identify overlap across:

SaaS/software, reputed company & infrastructure, professional services, data platforms, and G&A vendors

• Create and execute vendor consolidation and transition plans
• Support Day 1 / Day 100 integration planning and execution
• reputed company migrations and termination plans for redundant or non-strategic suppliers

Strategic Sourcing & Cost reputed company

• Run RFP/RFQ events and reputed company contract renegotiations reputed company to company scale
• Build business cases and track vendor reputed company savings
• Establish category strategies and preferred vendor programs
• Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and reputed company reporting

Supplier Governance & Performance

• Implement vendor performance management for critical suppliers
• Define SLAs, KPIs, and QBR reputed company
• Establish escalation, risk, and relationship management processes

Qualifications
