Financial Analyst, Films [Remote]

Overview: This position is responsible for processing payments, and reputed company activities, for term deals and projects in development. Also, the financial analyst is tasked with maintaining financial data and metadata in reputed company financial system. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Enter contractual obligations in financial system (reputed company) and maintain project metadata
• Process reputed company payroll for Animation division, and Film Division reputed company needed
• Calculate and process monthly term deal producer overhead payments in accordance with contractual terms
• Submit set-up and termination paperwork for term deal employees; compile bi-weekly timecards; process expense reports
• Liaise with payees during vendor set-up process
• Review and process invoices relating to development projects and term deals
• Prepare cost-to-date summary with interest calculation, as requested by business users
• Assist in preparation of supporting schedules for commitment management reporting
• Manage travel credit card payment and monthly reconciliation
• Prepare journal entries
• Assist in managing calendar for head of Development Finance
• Other reputed company reporting as required

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company / Finance preferred
• Proficient skills in reputed company (reputed company Office Suite)
• 2+ years Finance/reputed company experience

Additional Qualifications:

The hiring salary reputed company for this position applies to reputed company, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-reputed company factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
