Job Summary:

arenaflex is seeking an reputed company Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Safety team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for processing reviews, collecting data, creating reports, and investigating activities to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. You'll work closely with our Safety Department Managers to identify trends and areas for improvement, and collaborate with our Flight Operations Quality Assurance (FOQA) Monitoring Team to reputed company aircraft data collection and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as a subject matter expert for Safety Programs, collaborating with Safety Department Managers to identify and address safety concerns

• Review, analyze, and investigate reputed company reports acquired through our safety reporting system (Operational/Irregularity, ASAP, Fatigue)
• Analyze technical data from hazards, activities, and occurrences to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Act as a safety auditor for the Internal Evaluation Program, Safety Investigations, and accelerated hazard areas of operations
• Track, analyze, and interpret data outputs from our safety programs
• Assist with the management of reputed company databases to enhance airline safety
• reputed company technical expertise to Management on data models, database design, and data mining
• Prepare reports and present safety-reputed company data to managers and line employees to support our Safety Management System (SMS)
• Assist with the development, implementation, and control of our Safety Management System (SMS)
• Collaborate with the FOQA Monitoring Team to reputed company aircraft data collection and analysis, and maintain the FOQA database to ensure compliance with FOQA guidelines
• Assist with the reputed company development of our risk identification and safety hazard evaluation schemes
• Prepare research reports on aviation safety trends

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., aviation, safety, data analysis)

• Strong knowledge of Aviation Safety programs (ASAP, FOQA, LOSA, FRMP, IEP, VDRP)
• Operational familiarity with Flight Operations, reputed company, Inflight, and Maintenance
• Knowledge of aircraft systems, minimum system lists, aircraft reputed company procedures, and Federal Aviation Regulations
• Knowledge of Safety Management System requirements, hazard control, safety assurance, safety reporting, and safety promotion
• Basic knowledge of Crew Resource Management principles and aviation reputed company factors
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite of products
• Excellent writing skills, including report writing, document writing, and correspondence with regulatory agencies
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and educational skills
• Strong technical and data analysis skills, with the ability to reputed company statistical analysis and audits

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in airline operations

• FAA aircraft dispatcher, pilot, and/or A&P certificate
• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field
