About the Role

We are looking for an reputed company Astrology Chat Operator to join reputed company of dedicated, professional Personal Guides who deliver high-quality Astrology, Palmistry, and Tarot readings to our clients. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping those who seek guidance and answers to life's big questions through a variety of divination techniques.

Key Responsibilities

As an Astrology Chat Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Providing astrologically and grammatically correct written responses to clients' questions – reputed company responses shall be in English
• Providing engaging and informative readings to clients purchasing live video calls – reputed company calls are conducted in English
• Preparing video and voice messages for clients in response to their questions – the ideal candidate should feel confident and comfortable to reputed company their own short video readings and appear on camera
• Adhering to reputed company ethical rules and company standards, as laid out by management, reputed company providing readings
• Meeting reputed company targets in relation to response times and message volumes as directed by management
• Performing additional duties and contributing to reputed company projects as required in line with the Chat Ops Team needs and objectives

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• An excellent standard of spoken and written English is essential
• Previous experience of giving personalized Astrology, Palmistry, or Tarot readings in a professional reputed company would be an advantage
