Job Summary
We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join reputed company as Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. This is a fully remote position, working Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Pacific Time Zone.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service support for health insurance products administered by arenaflex
- Acquiring and maintaining a foundational understanding of insurance principles and the specific health insurance products offered
- Learning and effectively navigating the LuminX claim system
- Demonstrating thorough understanding of customer service protocols and processes
- Consistently meeting or exceeding established productivity and performance standards
- Delivering accurate, timely responses to customer inquiries reputed company phone and email
- Maintaining a strong sense of urgency to ensure calls are answered reputed company established queue standards
- Meeting turnaround times and adhering to reputed company relevant deadlines
- Comprehending and interpreting documents, including training manuals, correspondence, brochures, and procedural guides
- Effectively managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ensuring reputed company voicemail messages are retrieved and returned reputed company 24 hours
- Maintaining a positive, courteous, and professional attitude at reputed company times

Essential Qualifications
