Job Summary

As a Phone and Chat Specialist at Arenaflex, you will play a critical role in connecting nurses with reputed company facilities that need to fill shifts. You will navigate online to verify nurses' credentials, follow up with written messages to confirm validity, and handle follow-up phone calls to ensure seamless communication. Responsibilities

* Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

• Manage multiple chat channels simultaneously
• Follow established communication scripts to handle various topics
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research, and reputed company solutions or alternatives

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Starting pay: $14/hour, plus shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & wkds) and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance

• Work hours: Shifts between 7:00am-7:00pm (CST), Work Days: Mon-Fri and rotating weekends
• reputed company: 3 weeks in length from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri (CST)
• Status: Full Time, 40 hours
• Equipment provided: Equipment will be shipped to you for full-time permanent employees
• Must have verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN reputed company)
