Job Responsibilities:

As an reputed company Full Stack Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for overseeing the live chat support services for our games, working closely with our Live Help Operations team to ensure seamless execution and high-quality support. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with our Live Help Operations team to reputed company and refine our live chat support strategy, ensuring that our users receive timely and effective support across reputed company platforms.
  • Working closely with our game development teams to ensure that our live chat support services are reputed company with our game development roadmap and meet the evolving needs of our users.
  • Developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our live chat support services, including the development of new tools and technologies.
  • Providing training and support to our live chat support agents, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to reputed company exceptional support to our users.
