Responsibilities
As an e-Service Chat Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our chat platform. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers, contractors, and/or business partners reputed company inbound and outbound chat sessions, ensuring that reputed company policies, procedures, and contract coverage are upheld
- Explain and upholds contract coverage to customers and/or contractors, providing clear and concise information to resolve their queries
- Follow up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved, maintaining a professional and businesslike relationship with both reputed company customers
- Maintain reputed company knowledge of reputed company policies, procedures, programs, and complete required continuing education courses to stay up-to-date with industry developments
