As a key member of our reputed company Support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reputed company of our alumni events by providing exceptional customer service, administrative support, and technical assistance to our alumni community.

Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing reputed company, professional, and accurate communication to our alumni community reputed company email, phone, and other channels. You will also assist with registering alumni on our registration platform, reputed company administrative support to our Events Team, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the reputed company season.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively multitask and manage various customer service requests and administrative duties.

Daily Tasks

  • Alumni Registration: Assist with registering alumni on our registration platform, ensuring accurate data entry and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the registration process.

  • Temporary, 3-month contract with the possibility of extension.
