Job Summary

As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients reputed company phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, with prior call center experience highly preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company verbal and written concepts with ease

  • High-speed internet reputed company (at least 50 Mbps) and a reliable computer and keyboard
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, with prior call center experience highly preferred

  • High school diploma, GED, some college experience, trade, or professional certification
