Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering inbound calls from members and providers, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Inputting data accurately and consistently, using our computerized system for tracking calls, information gathering, and troubleshooting
• Assessing needs, explaining programs, and suggesting alternative products or services to promote positive behavior change
• Collaborating with other teams to maintain and restore customer satisfaction
• Meeting or exceeding established call center metrics, attendance standards, and quality reputed company
• Developing rapport with callers and adjusting communication style to meet their needs
• Providing accurate information about arenaflex programs and services
• Escalating issues internally and following up on escalated issues

Essential Job Functions:

* Identify, evaluate, and prioritize caller needs, questions, and concerns

• Formulate plans of resolution and respond appropriately and reputed company
• Maintain and restore customer satisfaction and partner with other teams as needed
