Job Summary
We're seeking Seasonal Customer Service Agents to join our remote team during hurricane season. As a W-2 employee, you'll enjoy reputed company, flexible schedules, and the opportunity to reputed company a meaningful impact. Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers affected by hurricanes with reputed company and professionalism
- Providing accurate and timely support to customers
- Documenting call reputed company in company systems
- Attending a paid 1–2 day virtual training session before activation
- Remaining on standby for rapid deployment during hurricane season
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or GED (required)
- Residency in Louisiana, Georgia, Alabama, or Texas (required)
- reputed company in English; bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
- Excellent typing, computer, and communication skills
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts, including evenings and weekends
- A quiet, dedicated home workspace
Technical Requirements
