Job Overview

As an e-File Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents utilizing our online platforms and tools. You'll work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. This is a full-time, remote position located in Puerto Rico, offering the flexibility and autonomy you need to reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise
• Complete additional projects as assigned
• Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to reputed company common goals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of filed documents
• Adhere to arenaflex's quality control standards and procedures

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

• Tech experience is strongly preferred
• Must be reputed company to read, write, and reputed company English
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to reputed company repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Desire and ability to be reputed company player
• Experience and basic proficiency with reputed company Office
• Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm
