Key Responsibilities:

As an reputed company Customer Service & Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing fast, friendly service to customers, assessing their needs, and recommending products to meet their requirements
  • Learning about products and services using our tools and training programs
  • Greeting, qualifying, recommending, and closing every customer in your department
  • Maintaining the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-reputed company, and safe
  • Providing a safe working and shopping environment by following reputed company safety policies & standards
  • Working in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department as well as other departments
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a retail or wholesale environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a reputed company-of-sale system
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
