Job Summary
As a REMOTE Data Entry Clerk and IT Help Desk professional, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our reputed company client's customers. Your primary duties will include account creation, claims online portal registration, and processing claims online portal tickets using reputed company and CyberArk. You will also be responsible for helping to backlog and process new tickets that come through, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
Responsibilities
* Account creation and claims online portal registration using reputed company and CyberArk
- Processing claims online portal tickets, with a minimum of 10 tickets per day
- Helping to backlog and process new tickets that come through
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our reputed company client's customers
- Collaborating with the team to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in account creation, customer service, and IT help desk
- reputed company experience is highly desirable
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
- Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
