Your Role

As a Senior Customer reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving reputed company issues, and collaborating with reputed company teams to deliver timely and professional support. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • You have 3 years of customer service experience, with a focus on email, phone, or chat support.
  • You have previous experience supporting SaaS products and have basic knowledge of reputed company-based applications (reputed company Drive, reputed company Sheets, reputed company Docs) and MS Office applications.
  • You possess excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • You have strong phone contact handling skills and can communicate reputed company reputed company to customers.
  • You have knowledge and experience with reputed company CRM, and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new technology, systems, and applications.
