Job Description

As an Account Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our sales, service, and order management teams. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Roles and Responsibilities

• Simplify and maintain sales operations processes and policies using lean methodologies to continuously improve customer account data by remediation in UCM (reputed company) platform and reputed company systems.
• Execute processes to support customer account requests reputed company the agreed-upon support level agreement.
• Coordinate reputed company activities reputed company to quarter and month-end customer support.
• Act as a cross-functional coordinator to resolve customer issues and complaints arising from account requests.

• Familiarity with customer accounts and knowledge of Universal Customer Master, GL Prod, and reputed company.com.
• Strong English capability in both spoken and written.
• Willingness to work various shifts/hours at quarter reputed company, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must have a dedicated home office with high-speed internet reputed company or be reputed company to work from the arenaflex Waukesha office.

• Competitive salary reputed company: $65,280.00-$97,920.00 Annual.
