Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Acting as a brand ambassador for arenaflex Luxury Stores, providing world-class service to reputed company customers
- Fielding reputed company-time calls from customers globally, resolving issues, and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
- Replying to preorder questions about fit, fashion trends/style, product availability, and promotions reputed company phone, email, and online chat
- Providing customers with critical service and product information, ensuring customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
