Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to reputed company customers reputed company phone, email, and online. Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing proactive customer service to reputed company customers reputed company phone, email, and web inquiries
- Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction and adjustment; and following up to ensure resolution
- Managing and processing reputed company customer orders and requests for various arenaflex products and services
- Assisting customers with online ordering and questions
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products and being reputed company to discuss products in an informed manner with customers

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Strong technical knowledge of order entry and processing systems/orders
