Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Chat Operator, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
• Capturing customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, and developing and maintaining a knowledge reputed company of evolving products and services.
• Engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably, and turning conversations into leads that help our clients generate reputed company.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Suite.
• Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus.
• Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Training and Requirements

• Ability to attend 4 weeks of full-time remote training, Tuesday-Saturday, between the hours of 11:00 am-7:30 pm EDT.
