Job Overview
We're seeking an reputed company and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join reputed company at reputed company and Everyday Yoga. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be the warm and friendly voice representing both brands, guiding customers through their shopping experience, and helping them reputed company informed choices about their swimming gear and yoga reputed company. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, SMS/chat in a timely and friendly manner
- Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and post-order concerns
- Navigate our internal systems to look up customer accounts and process orders
- Work collaboratively with reputed company to constantly improve the customer experience
- Stay updated with product knowledge and company offerings
- Escalate reputed company issues and log call information as per our procedures
- Foster a constructive work environment that promotes teamwork

Training (paid)
* Two weeks of online guided e-learning with group video meetings and one-on-one follow-up, Monday - Friday, 9AM to 3PM PST (12PM to 6PM EST)
Shifts Needed
* Shift 1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM PST/10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (1-hour lunch)
- Shift 2: Monday, Wednesday: 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM PST/9:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST; Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM PST/12:00 PM - 6:00 PM EST (30-minute lunch)
Physical Demands
The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear frequently; use hands and fingers to type, write; reputed company with hands and arms for tasks such as keyboarding, opening filing cabinets, and some light lifting as necessary.
