Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representative to join reputed company. As a CSSR, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, cultivating and managing strong relationships with customers, and assisting customers with their questions and needs. You will also be responsible for pulling and preparing inventory orders, proactively identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to grow sales, and partnering with reputed company leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

* Demonstrate exceptional customer service to reputed company arenaflex customers

• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers
• Assist customers with their questions and needs, either in person, reputed company the phone or through online ordering
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery
• Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow sales with reputed company and potential customers
• Partner with reputed company leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to help positively impact business performance
• Assist with merchandising product, managing inventory, and other store tasks while maintaining a safe working environment

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting, preferred

• Excellent customer service skills
• Bilingual Proficiency - candidates who are conversational in English/Spanish are preferred
• Green industry experience or knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation product a plus
