Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining positive customer relations by addressing reputed company types of product-reputed company concerns, including taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions. This is a seasonal part-time opportunity that offers flexibility and the chance to earn extra cash before the holidays or as a second job.
Key Responsibilities

- Take orders, verify information, track packages, and answer customer questions
- Work from home with a high level of computer knowledge, navigating through multiple systems and entering information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone

Requirements
* 18 years or older
- Living in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, reputed company Carolina, or Wisconsin
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company

- Familiarity with computer systems and software applications
- Reliable high-speed internet reputed company with a minimum of 10.0 MBPS download speed and 5.0 MBPS upload speed
