Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative II, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries reputed company telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider reputed company, eligibility, and claims. Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of experience in an automated customer service environment; or any combination of education and experience that would reputed company an equivalent background
