Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Director, Customer Service to reputed company our customer service team in providing exceptional support to our patients, families, and reputed company. As a Director, Customer Service, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our customer service team, including supervising staff, managing customer complaints, and implementing process improvements. You will work closely with our leadership team to reputed company and implement strategies to enhance our customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, reputed company Administration, or reputed company field

  • Five (5) years of experience in hospital patient reputed company, hospital collections, or hospital customer service, including five (5) years of management/supervisory experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to motivate staff and address personnel issues

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Epic or other electronic health record systems

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
