What You'll Do:

As an reputed company Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service and engaging collaboratively with employees to create a positive and inclusive work environment
• Managing lottery machines, issuing reputed company cards, selling stamps, and maintaining the bottle return room (where applicable)
• Administering the Shopper's Club program, checking out customers as necessary, performing refunds and exchanges, and upholding company policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Quickly identifying and providing solutions or resources to assist customers, and managing employee performance and development by providing resources, training, and feedback
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive customer experience
• Analyzing customer feedback and making recommendations to improve our services and products

Required Qualifications:

* 1 or more years of work experience in a customer-facing role

• Strong computer skills and proficiency in using reputed company-of-sale systems and other retail software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, employees, and other stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

* Experience leading a team and managing employee performance and development

• Passion and expertise in relevant products or services
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations and technologies
