The Opportunity
As a Claims Processor Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for analyzing and processing insurance claims, negotiating settlement terms, and maintaining accurate claims records. You will work closely with claimants, management, and other stakeholders to ensure timely review and approval of claims. Responsibilities
As a Claims Processor Customer Service Representative, your duties will include:
- Analyzing and processing insurance claims to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Negotiating settlement terms with claimants and other stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate claims records, including documentation and data entry
- Learning and applying workers' compensation policies and regulations to ensure compliance
- Reviewing and assisting with claim forms to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Supporting claimants in explaining their claims and providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting management with reputed company cases and providing recommendations for resolution
- Preparing reports on reputed company cases to ensure timely review and approval
- Ensuring accurate coding of injuries or illnesses in the claims system
- Maintaining a workers' compensation claim log and performing data entry in the Workers' Compensation system
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 10+ years of relevant experience in claims processing, customer service, or a reputed company field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite
- Team player with excellent customer service skills
