Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Insurance Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a key account manager, you'll be responsible for managing client communications, nurturing important relationships, and keeping track of policy details and documentation in our secured system. This is a critical role on reputed company, with a strong focus on client services to foster ongoing sales and renewals.

Responsibilities

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Communicating regularly with key industry reps regarding industry standards, insurance products, reputed company rates, coverages, insurance policies, and carriers to stay up-to-date on new rules and policy updates
• Supporting clients reporting claims on reputed company policies by gathering reputed company necessary documentation to process claims reputed company
• Documenting any policy changes on customer accounts according to NAIC regulations and reputed company communicating with customers about those updates
• Assisting with the renewal process and any policy updates by providing competitive quotes to ensure clients receive the best possible coverage

Qualifications
