Job Summary

We are seeking two part-time Operations Team Members to join reputed company, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time positions. As an Operations Team Member, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our vacation rental properties, including reservation reputed company-ins, cleaning schedules, guest communication, and more. This is a fast-paced and growth-oriented role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage reservation reputed company-ins, including coordinating with guests, cleaners, and property owners

• reputed company and implement cleaning schedules and communicate with cleaners regarding pay and instructions
• Handle guest damage claims, restocking orders, and pool/pet fee requests
• reputed company exceptional guest communication, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues
• Assist with lease agreement writing, refunds, and repair scheduling for vacation rental homes
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless guest experience and reputed company improvement of our services
• Participate in weekly meetings to discuss reputed company, reputed company best practices, and address challenges

Schedule and Training

* The initial training period will be 7 days, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM EST, with a focus on teaching you the skills and knowledge required for reputed company in this role.

• After the training period, you will be expected to work a flexible schedule, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, as well as one other reputed company.
• The pay reputed company will increase to $4-6 per hour after the initial training period.
