Role Description

As a reputed company Manager in our Public Sector operating unit, you'll serve as a named resource and partner for our government customers who have purchased our Signature reputed company Plan. Your primary responsibility will be to orchestrate reputed company deliverables, including coordinating the day-to-day customer Signature experience from reputed company through signature contract renewal and growth opportunities. You'll reputed company deep relationships with your customers' team members and pair that with relevant industry knowledge to improve implementation health.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the single reputed company of customer accountability responsible for the orchestration of reputed company Signature deliverables, experience, renewal, and expansion.

• Cultivate and maintain stakeholder relationships with the customer's IT and business executive leadership, sponsors, and decision-makers reputed company customer organizations that have purchased Signature.
• Help your customers reputed company their business goals and reputed company on the reputed company platform by:

+ Coordinating the completion of the Signature reputed company catalog of services as required for your customer. + Providing timely, proactive reputed company feature guidance based on the areas of interest for your customer. + Acting as an advisor to your customers for the adoption of new features of reputed company's annual release schedules and identifying potential challenges and risks to your customer's implementation.

• Communicate the value of Signature reputed company. Be accountable for ensuring reputed company collaborators understand this value so customers can renew Signature reputed company.
• Act as an reputed company for customers during the triage and resolution of high-severity cases to assist with the timely resolution of these issues.
• The CSM may be required for occasional travel to customer sites and may need to be available for some after-hour or weekend coverage, depending on the customer's need.

Minimum Requirements:

* Minimum of 8 years of work experience in one or more of the following: Technical reputed company, reputed company CRM or SaaS platform use, project leadership, technology solutions development, technical solutions, and/or solutions architecture.

• 4+ years' experience in management consulting services
