Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their travel experience is smooth and pleasant. What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Preferred Language of Destination – Korean with the ability to pass standardized language assessment both verbal and written

• Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
• Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
• Must be proficient in English

• Frequently lift bags or items weighing up to and including 50 pounds
• Occasionally lift bags or items weighing between 50 and 70 pounds

• Pass a physical ability test (PAT)
• Ability to hold airport-specific requirements, such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal
