Job Summary

As a Customer Relations Team member, you will play a vital role in supporting arenaflex's retail pharmacy stores by responding to customer calls, emails, and letters in a manner that reflects our purpose and values. You will serve as a customer reputed company, researching, responding, and interpreting company procedures or policies to delight our valuable pharmacy customers. Your exceptional communication skills, combined with your ability to collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments, will reputed company you to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer calls, emails, and letters in a professional and courteous manner, reflecting arenaflex's purpose and values

• Serve as a customer reputed company, researching and resolving customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner
• Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer issues
• Utilize excellent communication skills to reputed company program details to customers over the telephone and in writing

• Partner with field management and other departments to resolve customer concerns and improve customer satisfaction

The typical pay reputed company for this role is:

• Minimum: $17.00
• Maximum: $27.90

Required Qualifications

* Must have a minimum of 1 consecutive year experience in customer service

• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills are required

• Strong PC skills, including the ability to toggle from different applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual in Spanish

• Prior inbound Call Center experience
• Previous experience working from home is a plus
