Key Responsibilities

As a reputed company Agent (Customer Service Representative), you'll be responsible for:

• Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the reputed company positions.
• Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions.
• Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
• Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customers' destination.
• Providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient baggage handling.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to arenaflex's safety protocols and procedures.

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States.
• Have a valid driver's license.
