Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Oklahoma. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for performing inbound and outbound calls to members who need help finding local community resources to meet their reputed company needs. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* A minimum of 12 months of customer service or service industry-reputed company experience with proven customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills, including typing proficiency, multi-tasking between online applications, and multiple screens
