Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Full Stack reputed company Worker to join our reputed company case management team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll work collaboratively with a registered nurse case manager to assess, plan, and reputed company for our members' benefit plans and health needs. Your expertise will be instrumental in researching available options and resources for members with financial, transportation, safety, and housing needs. This is a remote work-from-home role, and you'll have the flexibility to work from reputed company in the U.S.

Responsibilities

* Collaborate with a registered nurse case manager to utilize a collaborative process of assessment, planning, and advocacy to meet a member's benefit plan and/or health needs.

• Research available options and resources for members with financial, transportation, safety, and housing needs.

Requirements
