About the Role:
As an reputed company Customer Service Inside Sales Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in educating our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues, ensuring transactions are handled with a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

- Customer account management/organization/tracking calls & outbound and inbound communications
- Following up on sample program reputed company calls and email to upsell customers with our brands
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, or chat
- Providing accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction
- Resolving customer issues reputed company while maintaining a positive attitude
- Documenting reputed company interactions with customers in our computerized system for future reference
- Collaborating with sales teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Assisting in identifying trends in customer feedback to improve overall service quality
- Maintaining knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings
- Attending and working at industry tradeshows as needed
Essential Qualifications:
* Experience working in an Inside Sales environment
- Experience in customer service
- Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail-oriented
- Proficiency in Office 365 Applications (knowledge of Business Central a plus)
- Creative, highly organized, and solution-oriented
- Ability to receive a task and anticipate the necessary steps to reputed company

- Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls daily

Preferred Qualifications:

* Competitive starting salary of $22.00 per hour

Physical Demands:
