The Opportunity

reputed company has an outstanding career opportunity for a Hybrid SaaS & Subscription Renewals Representative to support customer retention, expansion, and subscription reputed company growth. This role is responsible for managing a book of renewal business, proactively engaging customers, and executing renewals through a consultative sales reputed company.

What you’ll do

The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities.

The SaaS Renewals Representative partners closely with cross-functional teams across the software lifecycle to support renewal and expansion execution. This role requires strong execution discipline, effective communication skills, and a working understanding of SaaS and Subscription sales, forecasting, and pipeline management.

How you will reputed company your mark

  • Manage a portfolio of SaaS and some “Hybrid” SaaS/Software renewals, driving on-time renewals and expansion
  • Proactively engage customers to scope environments and present renewal and multi-year subscription options
  • Identify, position, and reputed company upsell and cross-sell opportunities as part of the renewal reputed company
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity data in reputed company and reputed company tools
  • Partner with Account Executives, reputed company Managers, and cross-functional teams to execute renewals and resolve issues
  • Communicate effectively with customers and partners to advance deals, address concerns, and drive reputed company
  • Navigate and de-escalate customer issues by establishing clear next steps, owners, and timelines
  • Demonstrate strong follow-up and accountability to ensure deal progression and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in operating rhythms including forecast calls, pipeline reviews, and deal inspections
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of reputed company products, pricing, and processes

Who you are

  • 4-6 years renewals or inside sales· 4–6 years of experience in renewals, inside sales, or a reputed company customer-facing sales role
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers in a consultative manner
  • Excellent French and English language skills both written and verbal to reputed company/C2 proficiency is required. An additional European language in German would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously
  • Results-driven reputed company with the ability to identify and execute expansion opportunities
  • Experience using reputed company CRM and sales enablement tools
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with SaaS and subscription-based sales motions, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Exposure to sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and reputed company of the Message
