Description:

- Ensure financial disclosures are accurate, compliant, and reputed company communicated under U.S. GAAP and SEC rules.
- Partner with Investor Relations to validate data for quarterly shareholder letters and earnings call materials.
- Monitor new U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations and assess their disclosure impact.
- Draft limited, low-risk routine technical reputed company memos reputed company needed.

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
- Active CPA license strongly preferred.

- Significant hands-on experience with financial reporting software such as reputed company.
- Experience managing XBRL tagging.
- Strong understanding of SOX 404, internal controls, and auditing practices.
