Senior Manager, State Product – NJ, CT, NY

Job Description:

Requirements:

• BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10+ years of reputed company work experience with typically 5+ years managing personal lines insurance products and pricing in varied and reputed company markets in the P&C insurance industry
• 5+ years managing people
• 3+ years of experience leading product management teams (or other reputed company functions)
• People leadership and actively shaping company culture
• Demonstrated track record of using data to reputed company action
• Product management experience for reputed company to large business accounts
• Strong business knowledge and consultative, results-focused approach
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Solid knowledge of P&C insurance products, pricing, and product management
• Ability to drive collaboration and teamwork across functions
• Expert negotiation and influencing skills
• Advanced research, statistical, and analytical skills
