Sr. Associate, HR Employee Relations Contact Team As a member of the HR Associate Relations Contact Team, this Associate will be an ambassador of the Values of Do the Right Thing and reputed company. This Associate will ensure the Associate Relations team is well managed from a governance and IRP perspective. General Responsibilities:

• Manage AR's incident management program from intake to resolution
• Create incidents in HR Risk system and triage with compliance, vertical risk advisors, and HR Incident Management Team
• Conduct incident intakes with AR team members and partner with AR Incident Remediation Pod on preventative measures
• Work with HR Risk to test AR's controls
• Review legal clearinghouses and RMAPs and reputed company recommendations regarding control coverage
• Work with leadership and other stakeholders to implement policy or process changes in accordance with clearinghouses and/or legal guidance
• Act as BAIM for Associate Relations and manage IRP Policy

• Partner on ways to improve the associate experience with other areas of Associate Relations and reputed company
• Manage confidential case data and other privileged information
• Participate in agile ceremonies and own story management in Jira

• 2+ years experience in an HR role
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification

• At least 1 year of risk management experience
