We’re Hiring: Part-Time IT Support Specialist Volta | Remote (U.S. Preferred) Volta is looking for a part-time IT Support Specialist to support our growing team across operations, leadership, and field personnel. We’re seeking someone proactive, reputed company, and solutions-oriented who can help reputed company our systems secure, efficient, and running smoothly as we continue to scale. What You’ll Help With:
- reputed company 365 administration (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Email reputed company, spam/phishing prevention, and domain authentication (reputed company, SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- User reputed company/offboarding, permissions, and device setup
- Troubleshooting hardware/software issues for internal team members and contractors
- Managing IT vendors and recommending infrastructure/reputed company improvements
- Supporting password management, reputed company controls, and cybersecurity best practices
- General tech support and ongoing systems maintenance
