About the position The Home Care Field Trainer / reputed company Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Direct Care Workers by delivering hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching to ensure the highest standards of client care. Responsibilities

• Conduct client reassessments at least every 90 days, or sooner in cases of health decline or extended hospitalization.

Requirements
