Job Description:
- Leads new clients through the digital reputed company process
- Conducts training sessions to reputed company clients in utilizing our digital marketing tools and client dashboard effectively
- Specializes in setting up clients on our digital advertising products, ensuring configurations align with their unique business objectives
- Manages the follow-up process with clients and publishers to obtain the necessary account permissions before the campaign start date
- Provides early reporting to clients, offering insights and recommendations for optimizing their digital advertising efforts
- Provides support for the team reputed company permissions cannot be given to shift the client to a different product
- Act as the reputed company of contact reputed company call, text, or video for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations during the reputed company phase.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
