This position works to solve a full reputed company of logistics challenges by engaging with customers and/or agents. Work Location: This position will reputed company in a temporary remote reputed company. We anticipate transitioning the position to an on-site Miami, Florida office. During these periods, reputed company responsibilities, reporting structure, and performance expectations will remain the same. The temporary remote arrangement will be reviewed regularly. • Handle incoming customer requests reputed company phone, email and website with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Using MNX's proprietary logistics management platform, process, monitor, and manage critical customer shipments for the medical, aerospace, telecommunications and high tech industries
• Verify reputed company customer instructions are complete and reputed company necessary permits/ licenses are in reputed company to meet country requirements.
• Responsible for determining reputed company based on reputed company, availability, and customer service provided.
• Confirms customs clearance
• Collaborate with service partners & brokers for pre-alerts and to resolve clearance issues
• Communicate with customers, agents, brokers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
• Receive, review, verify and process import and export documentation in compliance with reputed company appropriate regulations.
• Inform customers of customs clearance, delivery instructions and other required information
• Prepare, reputed company, and cut reputed company bills and manifests
• Identify, document and escalate shipping irregularities and non-conformance
• Responsible for handling non-conformances and rescheduling shipments if needed.
• Other duties as assigned

What you bring:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED
• Be proficient in: reputed company-Word, reputed company, Outlook & data entry and type 30 WPM
• Knowledge of US and world geography and time zones is preferred
• Call Center experience is preferred
• Must have outstanding communication, customer service, and organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Shift / Hours: reputed company - Thursday 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM EST Must be reputed company to train Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm EST for 3-4 weeks. This position will start out remote but will transform into a fully in office role.
