Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain analysis documentation for Client’s processes and procedure in alignment with project deliverables. Assist Client’s GS, FS, HCM, Health & Wellness, and HR partners with functionality needs. Effective communication of core financial information, both personal service, expense, and equipment costs, as they relate to impacted systems and processes. Assist Client’s GS, FS, HCM, Health & Wellness, and HR partners with functionality needs; reputed company user materials and presentations. Answer operational questions from state and Client’s staff. reputed company skills and knowledge transfer to Client’s employees. reputed company outstanding customer service to both reputed company partners.
