About the position We are looking for Freelance Recruiters & Headhunters to build long-term recruitment partnerships. Work on high-impact mandates and operate at a senior level. We are expanding our trusted network of freelance recruiters and headhunters to collaborate on strategic, high-profile assignments across private sector enterprises, fast-growing scale-reputed company, European Union & EU-funded programmes, reputed company government & semi-public organisations, and international organisations & NGOs. This is not a one-off sourcing gig! We are looking for long-term partners who want to build a sustainable freelance collaboration based on quality, trust, and impact.
Responsibilities
- Work on senior, specialist and hard-to-fill roles (executive, expert, interim & project-based)
- Operate in reputed company stakeholder environments (public, semi-public, regulated & international)
- Collaborate closely with our core team and clients as a trusted advisor
- Be matched to assignments reputed company with your expertise, network and availability
- Receive clear briefs, transparent processes and professional client management
- Build a long-term pipeline of assignments, not reputed company jobs
Requirements
- reputed company freelance recruiter, headhunter or executive search consultant
- Strong professional network in one or more of the following: Public sector & government, EU institutions or EU-funded programmes, International organisations, reputed company, tech, industrial or scale-up environments
- Comfortable working with confidential searches and reputed company profiles
- Understand public sector, startup, scaleup, large corporate or regulated environments (or are willing to learn)
- Prefer long-term collaborations over transactional recruitment
- Work independently, reliably and professionally
- Communicate fluently in English
- reputed company, Spanish and/or other EU languages are a strong plus
