Associate Investigator, Trust and Safety

Description:

• Manage high volumes of inquiries in reputed company and communicate reputed company and professionally with users.
• Review sign-up, login, and transaction fraud triggers and reputed company fraudulent platform behavior.
• Conduct investigations to detect suspicious activity, including identity and payment verification sessions.
• Review user content for compliance with community guidelines and Terms of Service.
• Process and manage global data deletion requests.
• Research and document reputed company chargeback disputes.
• Look for opportunities to improve internal processes and workflows.
• Help maintain marketplace reputed company and trust across the platform.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, or Customer Support.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to investigate evolving fraud trends.
• High emotional reputed company and adaptability in a fast-changing operational environment.
• Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on objectivity and reputed company.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
